• Check in from 15:00 until 23:00
    • Check out from 08:00 until 11:00
    • If the time of arrival or departure is before or after the normal time of arrival or departure please contact us on time.
    • A child under the age of 2 may be accommodated with charge of 10€/day in a baby cot.
    • The maximum number of children staying in baby cot is 1 per Apartment.
    • Any extra bed or baby cot must be requested in prior and must be confirmed by the management.
    • The linen and towels are only for use inside the Apartment.
    • Pets are not allowed.
    • Smoking is prohibited inside the Apartments.

RESERVATION COMPLETION

For the completion of your reservation please deposit the 50% of the total amount of your stay, within 3 working days from the date you performed the request, at the following bank accounts, so as to complete the reservation.

In any other case the reservation is not considered valid and the guesthouse retains the right to release the Apartment(s) by informing you ontime.

As soon as we receive the deposit or the payment receipt via email we will inform you immediately for the completion of your reservation.

The remaining 50% of your reservation cost will be payed off upon your arrival at our guesthouse.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For cancellations that will take place at least 21 days before the date of arrival of the customers, there will be no charge. Therefore there will be full refund.

For cancellations that will take place in less than 21 days before the date of arrival of the customers, the guesthouse retains the right to reserve the amount of deposit.

In case of the cancellation of the reservation for which there has been total or partial payment, you will have to inform us for the cancellation by phone (+30) 2426031580 or by email at info@felitsia.gr.

Please bare in mind that you will be receiving a written confirmation of the cancellation of your reservation

During high season or festivity days the guesthouse retains the right to change the above terms and you shall be informed ontime.
