The panoramic view of our Guesthouse is exquisite and unique since it’s location is on ahill dominating in the area and ovelooking the Aegean sea, Chalkidiki with Agion Oros and the complex of islands of Magnesia Sporades. On our big balconies one can enjoy his breakfast, read and with good visibility to see Agion Oros and Spodares islands (Skiathos – Skopelos – Alonissos).

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time! Clean rooms, cleaned and changed the beds every day. The center was close by car maybe 5 minutes. With nice taverns and cozy eateries and bakeries, etc. Beautiful boulevard for walking. Mrs. Felitsa is a very sweet woman, we were welcomed so warmly with homemade lemonade. Very helpful and pleasant! Thank you very much Mrs Filitsa we had a wonderful time! We wish you are always well !

We lived in a two room family room on the ground floor. There is a kitchen with the necessary cooking utensils. Daily good cleaning, clean sheets. The rooms offer sea view. The courtyard is surrounded by greenery and flowers, and there are tables under the vineyard, where you can always relax in the shade. Parking near the house.
The apartment is in a very convenient location, while all the beaches are accessible by car. Mrs. Filitsa, the owner of the apartment, is attentive to her guests, always in touch, helps with any question. Our children loved Mrs. Filitsa and her garden. This is what happens when you feel at home, not as a guest! We will definitely be back.First of all, let’s thank the kind Mrs. Filitsa for the treatment. As for the guesthouse, its location is very convenient for all the most beautiful beaches. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the room was spacious always clean and tidy. It was on the floor with a large balcony and the sunrise was amazing! Of course, as soon as we get the chance we will choose it again!
Excellent location, comfortable, quiet, cool, spotlessly clean, ideal for families or groups and if you stay in the rooms on the first floor with the spacious balconies the view of the ocean is breathtaking! The warmth and hospitality of Mrs. Filitsa cannot be described in words. 10 out of 10 !
